If you're referring to the litigation it's not involving creative edge but two of the subsidies and we know nothing of the details, my guess is if it involved the $12 mil creative edge would be on the litigation too. Their not.
As for 25% of Growlife's shares going back to management, there's no way they could raise the float on shareholders then pay themselves over 50 mil free shares that would be as corrupt as it comes.
