I may not correct you...but I'm going to add a word of caution in relying on numbers from Mr. Bordynuik. You can see in 3Q2011 where he fudged the cost of goods. You can see where the depreciation in cost of goods lately is de minimis compared to the capitalized expenses. You can see how numbers are regularly fudged or massaged and even see where Mr. Bordynuik was charged with accounting fraud by the SEC. Do you trust that the true gross margins, even without depreciation, are positive??
