clearly it's being waited on till an 8k is filed
it's not rocket science .. but what does appear
to elude is that the business model has evolved
that is SOP when it comes to newly emerging techs
more so when they go it alone (mostly) like JBI did
i've outlined my expectations of what comes next
based on what mgmt has indicated since Aug 2013
what others do re: their DD and their $$ is their business
