Rod took over for the deceased CEO and funding was his first priority as the BOD had rescinded the Harmony deal. He arranged for the tailing piles to be tested and that was done in Oct. I believe that was necessary for the funding presentation package.
In Dec he got the DTCC chill letter and had to deal with that mess.
He hired Travis Snider who started Jan. 2nd and that is likely when the permit problem surfaced. He hired Rizzio and Assoc. to deal with the BLM process and that was completed.
So you think that when he finished cleaning out Patrick Champney's office and organizing it for himself he should have instantly filed for the permits?
Rod did not cost SIRG 6 months of time! The permits were applied for in Dec/Jan four months after he became CEO.
