MPIX Let's get some facts out....
MPIX HAS NO PREFERRED SHARES. THEY DON'T EXIST. The provision was never perfected, never engaged. No one has any preferred shares.
MPIX has a little over $100k in convertibles. Peanuts. Nothing. Those convertibles are in very good hands and ain't nothing going to happen.
Now, put that in your pipe and compare with so many other company's that have preferred and kazillion convertibles.
THIS IS A VERY CLEAN NEW COMPANY WITH A MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT IS DOING WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. TURN MPIX INTO A MAJOR WORLDWIDE BILLION DOLLAR MEDIA COMPANY.
