Yes gaboy47, I tell them my first name, and let them know I'm a shareholder. They never ask for my name though.  I've never had a problem in the past with the gals at the T/A. It's always been a cordial short conversation. I'm glad to hear you will buzz Armando. It's possible they are being over run with calls, but I don't recall a time in the past that we had this problem.
