Thanks for the update.  I haven't had any luck in the past trying to communicate via e-mail.  Best to call them.  All any of us can do is speculate as to why the T/A won't give out that info.  I'll try calling at the end of the week. 

Did you offer to give your name when the T/A rep asked or at least tell her you were an shareholder.  Another thought is they might be trying to limit the info going out to the jerks on ihub since it is always counter-productive to give them info.  Playing right into their so they can rob you blind.
