I like your theory but I do not think so, they are not starting inside until the vault gets delivered
Many keep asking about the inside of the existing building, the new building, why is the fence first etc. "steel will be delivered within a week. Regarding the interior of building one.. " call Health Canada for approval once the fence, security cameras and vault are complete. approval can be given while the remaining construction on the 1st building continues. "
