Plandaí has retained the law firm Werksmans Attorneys, (LEX Africa) Sandton, South Africa, which includes health law as one of its specialties, to draft and file the company's comments on a recently introduced legislative bill that if passed, would effectively legalize medical marijuana in that country and pave the way for expanded research.
