I believe they were to begin selling those shares

I believe they were to begin selling those shares every Q starting October. On the chart it does look like they been selling beginning of every Q. Early October, early january and next would be early april. I havent seen anything looking like dilution since early january. Dont know how many shares they have left but it looks like they started selling in october
