According to the fins, in July of 2013 53m shares issued during Q2/3 2013 (key word, issued) were granted to the shark as part of the "settlement." These shares were apparently free trading. There's seems to be consensus here, based on Agent's chart work, that many of these shares were dumped in 2013.
The settlement further provided, per the SK fins, that the remaining shares due, said shares not yet issued by SK, would be issued and granted to the shark on a quarterly basis going forward as restricted (1-year holding) shares.
