I also have a problem with why proper DD wasn't done by EWSI on Malone. How hard could it have been to discuss their $700K revenue in China with them and get an agreement on how to handle it before they went public with them as their new accounting firm? DUH! Basic Biz101 if you ask me. Hell, it reminds me of John McCain rising to a presidential candidate and then picking the wrong VP to run with him that ruined his chances. My bubble is burst on EWSI. Now instead of confidence in their meteoric rise to prominence under the skilled leadership of Mr. Nielsen I'll be nervous about the next poor decision, and so will a lot of others - investors, potential partners, etc..
