Phredgavin on the other board just nicely explained the catch 22 re: doing business in China. IMO, EWSI might want to reconsider their early penetration there, or at least keep it off the radar so such a material mishap as losing your accounting firm doesn't give them a black eye. There's plenty of markets in this growing industry. They should stay on reliable ground while things are so tenuous in their early growth (dilution, manipulation to name two), and new eyes are needed, not scared away. If they indeed have a better mousetrap then waiting a bit won't hurt. Major miscalculation on Marty's part!!
