Hey - it makes sense if they can finally do what they plan on doing in the timeframe they actually say they will do it.  Lord knows...  I want that as much as anyone....  The way they operate though is what creates the doubt and underconfidence in everyone's mind, just putting it out there...  the biggest surprise of this entire process would be to meet an actual target date.
