Yes....I had numerous times heard that simulator training was supposed to begin on such and such a date.....then it was moved to another future date.....and then another.....but at no time did I actual hear that it "had started". I even questioned if anyone could confirm that it had started, because truthfully I no longer talk with anyone at HQ.
As for the rise in authorized shares - it is Igor's MO, and I know this as a fact: Igor only raises the authorized shares at the very last minute - when he has a buyer for those shares. Again, I know this as a fact because I had to wait for him to raise the authorized shares twice in the past - when I myself was purchasing a large number of shares that "didn't exist yet."
This last increase (remember that authorized shares was 3.5 billion and outstanding shares was 3.17 billion - so why would it be necessary to raise authorized by another 486 million when you still have 330 million available?) was certainly used to meet the 4 to 5 million dollar investment...........at about 1/2 a penny per share.............
