I'm also crazy curious and wanting to hear from some market savvy posters about their theories regarding the low selling and blocking. the "why" of it all.

here are my wild guesses from my admittedly ignorant of most things market-related brain:

with the share price so cheap, it would be really easy for a competitor to buy a huge block of shares and just use it to play with shareholders' patience and comfort levels. or could be some business's automated software just trading using algorithms with no human thought or care to the future, or could be a monkey group that is just really savvy at trading back and forth between each other to make a couple hundred per day on this stock as it all adds up over time and the low volume/high potential stock allows for it??????

or dare I say it....dilution...the company needs to raise capital and aren't too concerned about the low price of shares as they obviously know what is down the road is good for all concerned.

That's the best I've got. anyone who is not as trading-ignorant as me can chime in with something less of a shot in the dark.
