Forgive me if this has been discussed a lot before

Forgive me if this has been discussed a lot before, but could someone hazard a guess as to who benefits from selling their large blocks down around .03? Who might they be and how does selling at this low price, what some say is the current bottom, do anything for them? I doubt consultants who have received shares sell this low unless they need food on the table, especially with the 2013 numbers soon to be out. Maybe yesterday at .0389 but not today at .03. In fact, why would anyone sell this low with a possible run just around the corner? Is it the MMs, and if so why? Are they trying to make it look like people are bailing? Can't be flippers cause they haven't made any money down at this level. And they should be waiting for the upcoming bounce. I'm long and strong, but this puzzles me. Thanks.
