yea Jax, Seattle area is nuts. With a radius of about 25 miles from the city there are Green Medical Cross stores everywhere. I was even at a seattle Goodwill the other day donating some items and what do I smell, that undeniable stench of weed. I thought maybe one of the workers was enjoying themselves a little too much at work but I asked and of course, right next door was a good size grow op. Also Just pumping gas, its pretty common to catch a whiff of the skunk and just carry on like another fart in the wind.

Its pretty much the norm around seattle and not that big a deal. Its definitely on the rise and people aren't ashamed to take advantage of the new laws.
