Good information from a poster from the Twilight Zone board # 91456.
I've been in the contracting BIZ for 20+ years and those pictures tell me a couple things that should get FITX shareholders excited.
1. That foundation for building 2 is in right now. That means the blueprints for a complete buildout have been finalized and stamped by an engineer .. Those Steel structure buildings are heavily reliant on an Anchor Bolt system with base plates poured into the foundation. Next step is to bring the prefabricated frame in and erect it on-site. A good steel company will be in and out in less than a week DEPENDING ON SCOPE ..
2. It is UNUSUAL for a permanent fence to be erected before the building is in it's final phases. Waiting allows better access during buildout and allows the site contractors to put in curbing , light-poles , drainage structures etc etc . . that leads me to the next item
3. When looking at those pictures we are reminded about that EXISTING building sitting gloriously in the background with High-Roof ,Solar Panels, and ready for BIZ NOW. .
I believe that security fence is being rushed into production because a license is on the way faster than many realize. That existing building will pass inspection with Health Canada ..We'll get the license to begin growing and then PHOT will move in with the equipment. MMJ BIZ open for service. .
