Also, capturing revenues to this point would have made him only peanuts and precluded growth to a point where a buyout made sense to some bigger company. He has to plough back in now to grow the company's value. If BB is right that they'll have a 100 million 2014, and that uplisting is scheduled for early 2015, seems that would be the time him bowing out made sense. Bottom line: when does his company's maturity ensure a legacy for him and at the same time make him huge sums?
So my question remains. Say the PPS is $1.00 end of 2014. Where does it go, up or down, when a buyout is announced?
