I believe having the state of the art facility is what will separate FITX from the other companies and is definitely the best long-term decision. Any company that is trying to get in early with sub-par facilities won't be around for long. If these other companies do not have as much control over their environment they run many risks of infestation and mold, which will ultimately hurt the quality of their product and their brand.
If FITX has a strong foundation for their business the growth potential is limitless, which is what we want. I am fine with sacrificing early profits to be a powerhouse 5 years from now.
