FITX prison like facility
Post# of 56323
My concerns:
1. Making this a max security facility is going to slow down construction. (wont be ready by April 1st)
2. Other companies are not jumping through as many hoops to make a state of the art facility. (so their profit margins will be larger)
3. FITX seems to be before its time with attention to detail with this facility, with the extreme sterilization, separation of crops, audit ready, and the prison like security. FITX is doing these things to the extreme, in which seems unneeded to receive a license ATM. (and again, slows down construction and logistics)
All these things are GREAT for the long term, because I believe health Canada will 'weed' out the companies that take shortcuts eventually... hopefully sooner than later
But for the short term (within 2 years) health Canada is desperate for MMJ and will approve grow operations that are sub-par to FITX.
From a business stand point. Maybe it would of been smarter to just get a facility up as quick as possible and start making money to take advantage of this opportunity ASAP. And then use that cash to start construction on a state of an art facility 2 years down the road.
I just hope we don't fall behind the competition at first.
I am in it for the LONG term but a different approach would maybe put cash in the shareholder pockets quicker.
(I hope you all don't label this as a basher post, I am just trying to start a constructive conversation.... without bringing up some cons.. there is little to talk about on this new board)
