IMO it is simply a chunk of those 25Mish shares that were released to the O/S and Float near the beginning of this year. While it's just speculation on my part, I think these may be older S-8 shares that were finally released by the company to those individuals who earned their shares.
Folks will argue until the cows come home that if S-8 shares are being sold, then folks must not be that confident in the company. That is nuts in my book. These consultants are the ones driving business to EWSI...and very successfully. At some point they need cash I would imagine for their livelihood. This, along with flippers getting in the way has us where we are.
When the orders are fulfilled, it will be like a fully open hose suddenly being turned off. Folks will simply have to pay up if they want EWSI shares in their portfolios.
I fully expect by end FY2014 that EWSI will potentially have 360 - 380M shares O/S and 260 - 280M Float. If the PPS moves north into the 50 - 1.00 area then we could easily have less. I'm totally comfortable with these numbers as long as revs continue to rapidly increase Q over Q. And, I fully expect 100 - 150M gross revs FY2014...maybe more if current products gains traction and additional acquisitions occur.
That's my two cents. I own 2M shares and nothing is for sale. I'm very patient here....
