Empire vs SmartWin US Court Case Update
Further to the announcement of 9 January 2014, the Directors of TXO, the AIM-quoted energy resource and clean technology investment company, have been informed by the legal counsel to Empire Energy Corporation International Inc. that the motion to be held on the 5th March has been withdrawn by mutual consent. The two witnesses, as required by court order, appeared for their depositions in New York yesterday. This now completes the pre-trial depositions.
The Company understands that this is now likely to go to trial.
Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
