EEGC has been a battle from the beginning and the problem has always been MONEY, EEGC is an un tested company with no revenue and to get financing in the multi millions is near impossible. Several recent problems came up. There was a problem with Hunt, the driller. The rig was set up at the Bellevue site and was ready to drill. Hunt was awaiting payment to start the rig working. Smartwin the people providing the funding walked away and left the project to die. It all comes out the The rig hunt set to drill was a fraud. The money withheld from Smartwin was for leverage to renegotiate the contract for a bigger piece of the action and the CEO, Malcolm Bendall said NO! He would not be held hostage and walk away. Smartwinn broke the contract and sued in New York Supreme Court.. That is the current status in a nut shell. EEGC is suing Hunt and a court date is in August.
I am sure there will be posts to discredit this post by bashers paid to do so. The above is the truth as I know it and believe it. The battle continues and we should hear more on this subject in about 2 weeks. There will be a trial unless a settlement is arrived at, but don't hold your breath. The counter suit by EEGC is for 3 Billion $$$$$
