Mind Solutions Inc. and Monster Arts Form Think Tank to Develop Thought Control Technology for Mobile Device Camera Controls
Camera controls can be "thought controlled" for more steady shots, better, and faster results.
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors for Mind Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB:VOIS) and Monster Arts, Inc. (OTCQB:APPZ) today agreed to form a collaborative "Think Tank" for the purpose of analyzing Mind Solutions patented thought control technology and how it may be used for the purpose of controlling camera controls on Android and iPhone devices.
In May of 2013, Monster Arts filed for patent protection on their 'wave control' technology, titled: "Hand Wave or Hand Signal Over Front-Facing Smart Device Camera to Trigger Software Commands". The goal is for Monster Arts to use this "patent-pending" technology to build hands-free apps and technologies to be used across a multitude of applications.
"With today's devices and mobile phones shooting as hi-quality video as television networks, and the official replacement of the home video camera, doesn't it make sense that someone shooting home videos would appreciate being able to hold their device steady and 'Thought-Control' things like flash, zoom, start, stop, & pause?" commented Irving. "I feel this is a great first step for our two companies' technologies to begin to collaborate. We are having a blast with the headset and using 'thought-control' in the office to do ordinary computer tasks. I can only imagine how this will incorporate into the Smartphone at times when the device needs to be steady, and in both hands."
In 2011, Irving was a feature developer/demonstrator in Motorola's booth at the (CTIA) The Wireless Industry Association's national convention and expo in Orlando, Florida. The technology "Photo With(TM)", an Iconosys owned technology, was coveted and celebrated throughout the duration of the show and has been incorporated into more than 500 Smartphone apps since its launch in 2011, including "Fan Apps" for more than 45 celebrities personal social media management Smartphone apps. In 2013 at The Wireless Industry Association's annual event, Irving was awarded CTIA's "B!g Idea Award: The Mobile Visionary", presented to Irving by PC Magazine's Sascha Segan, in front of standing room only in Las Vegas, NV. "We like this direction for our technology. After our 'thought control' technology began to take on with consumers, we found ourselves looking for strategic partners and key niche opportunities to exploit the benefits of such fantastic features across the mobile spectrum," stated Kerry Driscoll, CEO.
Any new intellectual property developed as a result of the "Think Tanks" efforts will be jointly owned by both companies and cite and reference the original patented technology already owned by Mind Solutions.
