Re: haascat #2110
HaasCat - Great post! Be careful, though, or you'll have your moderator's license revoked. Lol! By the way, here are a few responses from the admins, and a few of my responses.

1. From Admin Shelly: "Regarding your deletion review request: Any time you post about Users or reference groups of Posters in your message, this makes your post subject to removal as off-topic and/or personal attack. Your messages need to focus on the company and the stock and should not contain comments about people who post on the board whether specific or in general. Other posters are never the topic of the board." 2. Another from Shelly: "If you see a message that violates the rules in the link below, then please click the Report TOS Violation link at the bottom of each message. With over 1 million new posts on the site each month, this is how Members alert the site Admins to posts that need to be reviewed. The message is sent to a queue that is reviewed throughout the day by Admin." 3. "Another from Shelly, which motivated to me to write my "connect the dots" response to her: I don't see how this is about you at all http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg...=96756447". 4. From Admin Linda today: "Regarding your deletion review request: Your message is a reply to a post that was removed because it violated the TOU. Your post was removed because either it too violated the rules and/or it lacked context to stand on its own after the removal of the other post. In the future, please do not reply to messages that violate the TOU. Instead please click on the link at the bottom or each message that says Report TOS Violation. With 38k posts on this site daily, that's how you alert Admin to messages that need to be reviewed. The post then goes to a queue that Admin reviews throughout the day. When/Why Messages Are Deleted." 5. From Linda: "As I said, it's a response to a deleted message. You're exactly right, Tryz! Right about what? No-one knows because the message was removed." 6. My response to Admin Linda: "Oh, ok. It seems that the administrators apply conflicting review standards when deciding whether to remove posts by longs with positive views versus the posts from the negative naysayers who repeat the same negative opinions, within which they continue to launch personal attacks against many of the positive posters. Thanks." 7. Admin Shelly today: Regarding your deletion review request: Any time you post about Users or reference groups of Posters (bashers, pumpers, cheerleaders, naysayers, Mods (and/or deletions), etc.) in your message, this makes your post subject to removal as off-topic and/or personal attack. Your messages need to focus on the company and the stock and should not contain comments about people who post on the board whether specific or in general. Other posters are never the topic of the board. When/Why Messages Are Deleted." 8. My response: "Nice excuse for further validating that all of you administrators consistently apply the "rules" here inconsistently against the hard working investors in favor of the paid bashers who frequently attack us. All of you should be ashamed." 9. Shelly again today: "If you see a message that violates the rules in the link below, then please click the Report TOS Violation link at the bottom of each message. With over 1 million new posts on the site each month, this is how Members alert the site Admins to posts that need to be reviewed. The message is sent to a queue that is reviewed throughout the day by Admin. When/Why Messages Are Deleted." 10. My response: "I do this as much as I can, but the admins rarely remove the TOS violations that I submit. And it's always the same, rote response from all of you. Very frustrating."
