"The company does not have to issue PRs on non-material information. And I strongly urge them not to waste their time, effort, and expense of doing so. I suggest you go read up on what is required to be disclosed on the Form 4. I share all of my DD, even the non-material information, most of which is my opinion, including my opinion that it is highly unlikely that the beneficiary of Bob's publicly-disclosed generosity will sell the gifted shares. If I'm wrong, the 90-day restrictive hold on gifted shares will be lifted in March. Let's see what happens then. One thing I'm certain will happen by then is the shareholders will receive more positive, material news from the company on several revenue streams. Indeed, the big story here is how much money the patient longterm investors will make investing in this great company. The China story is rapidly developing, as is the drug supply chain business. The Q&A also speaks to the compounding pharmacy business as an area where the company is looking. Soon these bargain basement prices will be long gone. Sure, the manipulators and swing traders will make a little money here by timing the uptrends and downtrends, but the big money will be made here by the core and the other longterm investors in SCRC. Back to you..."--Bsav 2/3/14 (just a damn good post "As long as you continue to twisting the facts to support your arguments and spreading these false allegations against me, the company, and the core, as well as these overly liberal views of what constitutes insider information, please accept this running objection and rebuttal that you are way out of line and completely incorrect. And if you truly do not trust the CEO, I recommend you sell your "de risked" shares and take them to a company whose leadership you trust. This is my last post to you."--Bsav 2/4/14

"I HOPE THIS CLARIFIES HOW I FEEL I DO NOT CARE WHAT BOB DOES WITH HIS 1M SHARES OF A GIFT. He can do what he chooses to do with his stock. Period ad nauseum." --Cwell 2/5/14

"YOU HAVE MADE AND CONTINUE TO MAKE VERY STRONg ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MR SCHNEIDERMAN. I find your commentary incredulous and believe YOU have opened yourself up To litigation. I look forward to every dog having their day. I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH YOUR FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF BOB AND HOPE THE JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED!"--Cats 2/5/14 (yes it was about someone but was it reallly an attack?)
"Scrc will provide proof in the pudding. If you're a trader I can understand your dismay. If you're a long well....you understand that patience is a virtue. I'm holding for atleast two years. Would I like us to be at .40 .50 ? Heck yea...but at the end of the day February 6th 2014 it doesn't matter to me what the sp is. What matters are the building blocks Bob is laying down and the end game being created."--pipe 2/7/14 "Yes, Tutter. I understand note holders and Ironridge selling. Ironridge must be getting close to running out of bullets. We also have a few weak hands selling, which is unfortunate. I know it is tough to sit tight while the fear campaign and untrue facts and opinions continue, especially after this precipitous drop from $.20. I wish all of the retailer sellers the best of luck. But I am still confident that Team Scrips is moving forward and executing on their new business objectives expressed in the Q&A. Did I expect news from China? Yes. Am I giving up due to the delay? Absolutely not. I am holding my core investment for a minimum of one year. This has always been a 2014 story. And even the company says profitability in the second half of the year. I can wait. Good luck to all the tough and loyal longs here who are sitting tight during this difficult week. We win some and lose some battles. We will win the war."--Bsav 2/7/14
"You are spot on Bsav. What we witnessed these past few days is the difference in the mentality of the short and long holder. Most of us in this for the long term believe SCRC will receive China approval and that the other revenue streams will produce as we expect them to. The short term investors aren't convinced as we are and are willing to take a loss and move on. That's fine, that's their decision. I wish them all the best. But what I would like to see is someone who states they sold their stock to simple walk away. Please don't bash the company and credibility of the CEO to justify their decision to sell. I don't know how to run or build a company. I don't understand all the financing required to fund operations. I trust Mr. Schniederman does and when he decides to share information with the investors I believe in his mind he felt the timing to do so was appropriate. I believe in SCRC as you expressed you do and will stick around as well. For the non-believers get out and please do so quietly. GO SCRC!!!"--Guts 2/7/14 |

"You're exactly right, Tryz! The very big money to be made here will be made by people like you and the rest of the core shareholders by sitting tight and eating for Team Scrips to execute. This month will just be the start to a truly remarkable turnaround story. Scrips is a diamond in the rough, not a scam folks, not at all. Tic tock..."--Bsav 2/9/14 "Well, folks, I was off by only one week. Here we are with Hong Kong approval for RapiMed in hand...fantastic news! How many companies trading on the OTCBB have an FDA-like product approval? How many scam companies with non-existent partners have an FDA-like product approval? Oh, I'm sure there will be naysayers who find negativity in an effort to squelch this absolutely wonderful news. In my strong opinion, however, today further validates that this company is without question the real deal and on its way to success. Today is only Chapter One of the RapiMed story. I suspect we will have orders by the end of the month and approval from the Mainland toward the end of April, maybe as early as late-March. I believe it's time for liftoff, and by the end of March the boosters will ignite and propel SCRC into the atmosphere. Congratulations to Bob Schneiderman, all of Team Scrips, the Core, and the other patient longs!"--Bsav 2/10/14 "A 21 gun salute to ScripsAmerica and Kudos and Congrats to Bob Schneiderman and his organization!!! Getting Hong KONG in the fold is an enormous development and will lead to considerable credibility and liquidity for SCRC. Soon the company will be able to issue debt securities instead of the choking dilutive equity. This should allow Joe Z and his army of "goats" to relax and permit SCRC to sell RapiMed wordwide. There now is a bright light at the end of the tunnel; So Go SCRC GO!!!"--Kaleb 2/10/14 "The SCRC joint-venture strategy is smart and it is working. SCRC, instead of trying to conquer the world alone, is teaming up with experienced professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, the venture capital community and the investment banking world. By teaming up with professionals and creating a mutually profitable joint-venture, SCRC gets to leverage the resources from their JV partners. The JV partners can open new doors never available to SCRC. New doors mean new opportunities. I would imagine this concept is the basis of the Global Pharma Hub deal. Foolish posters on this board think that just because a company was recently created means it has no value. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The value of companies are in the PEOPLE, not the incorporation date. I imagine the players behind Global Pharma Hub are quite experienced operators in the global capital markets and teamed up with Scrips to create new and exciting opportunities. Why else would Bob sign with Global??????? From the news today, it appears that SCRC and Global Pharma have their act together. Leveraging the networks, resources and experience of others is a smart play. Why try to do it all yourself when you can team up and potentially move your business forward exponentially faster? This simple concept is, my opinion, the logic behind SCRC's JV initiatives."--Ed Longstock 2/10/14 "Great post, Ed. Its great to see so many new positive contributors. Except for the product approval announcement, my favorite quote from today's PR is as follows: "Now the company can focus all of its efforts on finalizing distribution agreements with a large affiliate hospital network and major health product retailer to sell our product throughout Greater Asia." To me this means orders within the next few weeks."--Bsav 2/14/13 *EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE EXCEPT FOR 1 OR 2 WAS PERMANENTLY DELETED....A COUPLE A GOT BACK UP. JUST IN THE PAST 20 MINS THAT I'VE BEEN COMPILING THIS POST 6 MORE POSTS HAVE BEEN DELETED INCLUDING ONE OF MINE TELLING THE BOARD THAT I TRIED TO HELP. I RESTORED MINE BUT IM SURE IT WILL BE GONE WITHIN MINUTES. A FEW OF THE POSTS THERE MIGHT BE ARGUMENTS FOR EITHER WAY BUT IM OF THE BELIEF THAT IF THERE'S ROOM FOR DOUBT LEAVE IT ALONE. SOME OF THE STUFF THAT GOT DELETED JUST FLAT OUT SHOULDNT HAVE THERE WERE NO CASES TO BE MADE FOR DOING SO. anyways I just wanted to think aloud for a minute I hope everyone enjoyed their days. In alot of ways this is day 1 to me....next exciting date for me is the next quarterly report that will include some of these sells...whenever that will be whether that's 3rd or 4th qtr or 1st qtr of 2015, whatever...Im excited |
