AGOE Daily Chart ~ A Well Deserved Pullback and Co
Post# of 2559
AGOE, after its run from .07 to .71, is undergoing a pullback to the .50ish level. After the news of the QuestSolutions acquisition, I believe this stock is eventually going to see $3-$5 this year as things stand today. The chart was clearly overbought and is beginning to reset after some profit takers are pulling their funds. Friday say a seller, stupidly in my opinion, sell more than 20,000 shares which appeared to be a market order. The .32 low was followed by some buyers, myself included, which took the stock back to .49 for a loss of .01 for the day. If you are in the stock, and haven't sold but looking to add, I would use the intraday dips that the dips give you when they sell, to add to your position. If you don't own any shares of AGOE, use those same dips by the dips to enter the stock. All my opinion, of course, but I think with a float of just over 4.3 mil shares, and with AGOE acquiring QuestSolutions and their $34,000,000 in revenues, AGOE is going to go much higher over the course of the year. Rumors of more acquisitions are out there, but just based on Quest alone, I see a valuation at a minimum of $1.50. As to the chart, with the exception of that silly market order, the stock has been holding a .47 intraday low as shares are being absorbed by longs. Hopefully I'll be seeing a few of you at that $5 level later this year. GLTA
