I'm just guessing, but I would have to believe that Bull is on the witness list and has been told to keep a low profile (ergo his lack of posting recently) until after the hearing. Bull's "group" own a lot of shares and can be identified as injured shareholders and assist with the develpment of damages by our legal team.. In the meantime, the I-clowns of bashing appear unabashed by the looming threat to their security. I would guess the judgment could exceed $1,000,000.00 (joint and several) and it would be good for 10 years, renewable for another 10 years, and absolutely exempt from a bankruptcy liquidation Chapter 7. The petitioners would appear to be screwed; however, I'd really like to know who is paying them to spend months and years bashing this stock. It's one of those follow the money things, but I do not believe all the liable parties are currently before the court. I will be very interested to read the ruling. I will be even more interested in the fall-out following the ruling. One or more petitoners could blow the lid off this thing in exchange for some "collection" leniency. Oiljob

One or more petitoners could bring a possible legal malpractice action against the petitoner's attorney for sucking them into this fiasco. Maybe he has a good malpractice policy; wouldn't that be nice.

Our team needs to stike fast, our investigators should already have complete asset checks on every petitioner. We need to find the poor weak links.

For the record I have not spoken with anybody from the company, nor do I have any insider information. This is total conjecture based on 30 years of practicing law. Just thinking out loud.
