Sure it is a good thing, but it was also active when we were at .0001 and no bid for a long time, so I wouldn't expect it to have any effect on the PPS. Their annual filing was due 7/13 and they put that off and it went inactive in 11/13 because of it. Now they are current and that is great, but it doesn't mean much. Now look for them to open an account with the Washington state department of revenue.
