correction- started 10:09 am EST -39 minutes after market open -dealing w different time zones -sometimes it takes a few minutes before 1st buy if players arent sure how a promo will go-cant find any promo yet- could be a new promo newsletter not on the radar of the 2 main promo reporting sources - there are 100's of promo newsletters
