Well, Mr. Roth, we have been tuned in to the SFIO channel, but so far, after more than a year, it's only been static. What happened to the Denverson deal and $1.1M subsidiary spinoff???? Or was that all just smoke and mirrors to buy more time and keep investors guessing???
So much for the USA patent, how is it that the European patent was granted but the USA patent office considered the design "obvious"??? If it was so obvious that the design was nothing new then how did the application ever get fast tracked by the patent office??? Perhaps someone on high up didn't get their little yellow envelope???
What ever happened with getting a listing on the Frankfurt exchange??? Poof, what, who said that?? What ever happened with the announcements of the new members of the board of directors???
What is going on with the DTC global lock??? Mr. Roth, did you ever even write a letter to the DTC requesting the reason for why the stock was locked more than a year ago???? Why has the company gone completely dark??? Why have loyal investors not heard a single word from management in over a year?????? Why did you, Mr. Roth, issue yourself 1 million preferred shares on the day of the global lock without any shareholder vote or authority from the bylaws allowing you to unilaterally enable such an action???????????
