NAGP had a DTC global lock on the stock for four years and recently successfully removed the global lock after their lawyers addressed the DTC "concerns". Perhaps SFIO needs to follow NAGP's lead and make contact with attorneys Kesner & Emmanuel of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP of whom already have been successful in working with the DTC to address what was needed to remove the global lock on NAGP's stock. The SFIO global lock was announced by the DTC on July 1 2011. It has now been well over a year and there has been zero progress. The amount of time to address DTC concerns only appears to be related to how knowledgable and efficient the lawyers are that are used on behalf of the company in its efforts to remove the lock.

"After several unsuccessful attempts by other law firms, the Global Lock was finally removed after our cause was taken up by attorneys Harvey Kesner and Gary Emmanuel of the New York law firm of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP who were able to successfully address DTC's concerns."
