Originally Limitless (LVGI) was EnerBrite Technologies (ETGG). The company had the name and ticker change on February 2013 to Limitless Venture (LVGI). Limitless is known as “the brand building” company. LVGI produces, markets, distributes, and designs brands it has acquired. Limitless will build up a brand and put together a management team for it. When the brand is ready to become its own company, it will be spun-off from LVGI.

LVGI also controls as a 100% wholly owned subsidiary named Limitless Brands Inc. Limitless Brands Inc. serves as our alcoholic brand division. SLAM Infusination is our line of RTD (ready to drink) alcoholic shots aimed at the virtually untapped grab and go counter item space of the massive alcohol industry. SLAM has it owns formulation, graphics and marketing departments. SLAM has full federal and state approvals and is ready to go market.”

The dilution of shares and the unexpected GEAR spinoff is what drove LVGI down to hit .0001. The dilution was necessary to fund LVGI going forward and to pay previous debt holders. And many investors did not expect the GEAR spinoff to occur before their product line was launched.

“Joseph Francella serves as an Executive Vice President and Secretary of Fibr-Plast Corporation. Mr. Francella serves as an Executive Vice-President of Dome Holding Corp. He serves as President of Sunnex. He serves as Vice President of Neodyne, a subsidiary of Dome. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Fibr-Plast Corp. He serves as President of Fibr-Plast Corp.'s wholly owned operating company American Waste Management, Inc. Mr. Francella has 10 years experience in the field of consulting. Mr. Francella serves as a Director of Fibr-Plast Corporation and Dome Holding Corp” He also runs The Winners Foundation.
