The wholesale collectives are the MG partnered collectives who are the ones who supply the materials and are licensed to manufacture the BB products, they are the factory...then they DELIVER the finished products to their patients and retail outlets(the 400 outlets)....retail outlets are licensed to distribute and DELIVER the products to the end consumer....thats my quick understanding...
