I agree.  I get confused by the whole flow chart

I agree.  I get confused by the whole flow chart thing.  But in my mind, the wholesale collectives are like the Coca Cola bottling plants who pay to use the licensed recipes and branding.  Then the product is sent to retail outlets from whom you can purchase or order delivery service.
