Intel And Others To Enter Brain-Computer-Interface (BCI) Market, According To Mind Solutions, Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc. ( www.MindSolutionsCorp.com ) (OTCQB: VOIS), is pleased to see Intel and other Fortune 500 companies eager to enter the brain-computer-interface (BCI) market. Following this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, the Company has seen a surge in top technology companies seeking to enter the market. What was once a space reserved for small, innovative companies that were ahead of their time, The BCI sector is now attracting technology giants like Intel and others.

Computer chips already work faster than human brains, and there's a good chance that within 12 years, the number of transistors powering an average computer, or mobile device, will exceed the number of neurons (circa 100 billion) in our brain. This prediction is derived from Moore's Law, and was stated on stage by Mooly Eden, Intel's head of perceptual computing, who spoke at CES 2014 about the future of computing. We are narrowing the gap between what we can do with our devices and what we can do with our brain." "We will finally remove the fiction from the science fiction," he claimed. In the near future, people would "open a car door with our finger, receive constant information about our health" and use devices that "interface directly with your brain," Eden said. (via Wired)

The Company is encouraged with the shift happening before them and will seek to be acquired by one of these larger companies entering the market. The Company will entertain all acquisition offers from larger companies while continuing to develop their technology.

Mind Solutions, Inc. Update From The President

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc. (www.MindSolutionsCorp.com) (OTCQB: VOIS), is providing this update to shareholders regarding the progress of the Company since merging with VOIS, Inc. to become a fully reporting, audited public company. Following the merger, the former management resigned and Kerry Driscoll took over as the sole Officer and Director.

Since the merger, Mind Solutions has been cleaning up prior VOIS liabilities and maintaining proper reporting compliance with the SEC. This has been accomplished with investments and loans provided by Management and through small convertible loans received. Stock entering the market is a result of shares held over six months and coming off restriction, the Company does not sell stock in the open market. All disclosures are available in our quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K financial statements.

Six months ago, the company entered into a funding agreement for the purpose of raising the necessary capital via a private placement, in order to complete the company's EEG headset. To date, although with many promises and assurances, the funding agreement has yet to be fulfilled. The Company will continue to pursue the required funding to complete the project and will provide updates as milestones are reached.

This revolutionary neural processing technology makes it possible for computers to interact directly with the human brain. The Company has created three applications currently available through the Company's website and is developing a micro EEG headset that is compatible with mobile smart phones and devices.

With the use of a wireless headset that detects and processes real time brain activity patterns (small voltage changes in the brain caused by the firing of neurons), the user is able to control any machine with the power of his mind.

The sensors detect thoughts, feelings, expressions and initiates commands produced by the software we develop.

The headset was initially designed for gaming through thought control only…

However, other more significant uses such as medical applications are being worked on by Mind Solutions.

The technology was developed based on research into the human brain – the central control center for all our interactions and experiences.

Using non-invasive electroencephalography (EEG), it is possible to observe each person’s individual electrical brain activity.

At Mind Solutions Corp we believe a revolution of human-computer interaction is finally here. Our Company is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this technology and bring increased value to our shareholders.

Technology
The technology was developed based on research into the human brain – the central control center for all our interactions and experiences.

The brain is made up of approximately 100 billion nerve cells, which are called neurons. With the billions of active neurons, the brain tissue contains a myriad of active current sources that cause the local electrical potential to endlessly fluctuate with a great deal of variability.

Each human brain is unique, both physically and functionally. The folding of the cortex of the human brain is also highly individual, meaning the way in which the external surface of the brain is folded individualizes the potentials, regardless of how functionality is mapped in each brain. Using non-invasive electroencephalography (EEG), it is possible to observe each person’s individual electrical brain activity.
