I have been looking over this newly discovered itech website. This alternative energy producing plant is going to be HUGE! Just think about how fragmented waste is now. You have your incinerators, landfills, recycling facilities, and e waste facilities. The facility they plan on producing by 2015 with EWSI collaboration will be an all-in-one facility(nothing ends up in a landfill however). Household waste that would normally move to a landfill will be put through a sorting machine and all organic materials will end up in a digester and the methane will be used to create power. So essentially waste to power. This will be a success, and I have to believe with all nations turning to more sustainable practices, this will catch on very quickly! EWSI has their hands in so many revenues streams!!!
