Pretty sure you are correct.  Clear Channel airports have 280 airports & Philadelphia is one of them.  Those are for signage & advertising.  Steve's contract is with ClearVision, which is an actual TV network.

So far I've only seen PRs for 4 airports with ClearVision.

Hey...it was only 3 a little while ago, so 4 is progress.

Steve did reconfirm not too long ago that we continue to be partners with ClearVision.
