Re: microcaps #2505

A few thoughts on your post, and consider the "source."

The equipment is alleged to be what they received via TMT Global in the pre-Geo Tech era.  I'd guess it's only what Bob started mining operation with in 2010.  And if that's the extent of it, the rest of Kubi's list must be owned outright by CWRN.

Per the complaint, Geo's share total is 100M.  Not clear if they're including my investor source's $$$ and 20M shares in their figures.  Regardless, it's capped at $5M, vs. the $8M I had heard.

I'll speculate that Geo's padding their argument by showing CWRN operations on their website, and will say it's OK because of their claim of having a JV.  My question is, if they already had a JV, why was there the "rumored" buy-in offer last year, which I was told Bob turned down?  And why is ther no mention of preserving/enforcing a JV status in the damages?  Is that an implied condition?  Hmmm...

Candidly, my take on Shirley Lee is pretty black and white.  She either is compilcit as charged, or did NOT like what she saw with her former employers, sought safe haven with Bob, and is now a scapegoat.

I'll close with what I'd previously stated.  Investors/owners holding 100-120 Million/2 Billion shares would be fools to walk away from things or let it crumble.

Just my musings.  Happy weekend to all.
