Re: rrr1 #2502

CWRN owns the concession and claims it paid Geo back in full for cash contributions (which Geo doesnt agree with?)-w 75% of such paid from 1st ship according to May 26 2011 PR.

Geo is claiming CWRN didnt return up to 4 pieces of equipment provided by Geo =apparently the original 4 small excavators -calling it 3 ex's and 1 payloader. Dont know what happened there -we dont have CWRN's version yet-but cwrn has generally denied all of Geos allegations. As sunny and I know from extensive conversations there hasnt been very good communications between the parties for a long time and we were very willing to let the legal action run its course silently as operations were not affected.

And Geo is claiming other things w respect to 1st ship load and perhaps a share of the profits-which I DIDNT intend to get into-I dont have my notes in front of me.

Operations are NOT affected by the suit and Geo is not asking operations be stopped etc-they are shareholders w 70 million shares and want to see successful operations and profits I believe.

I dont know whats going on w their new website -unless there is some type of agreement we are not aware of -and thats not likely as per recent court docs-almost all lawyers would advise their clients not to take such inflammatory actions during the course of legal proceedings-

no doubt CWRN has been advised as such re the sec settlement proceedings, which is why CWRN has been relatively silent for a while and waiting on sec settlement prior to proceeding w uplisting, where cwrn will be sec reporting on the OTCBB.
