we here as investors have a chance for the pps to recover here. do to the fact that we have a product in the market place that is growing. the product is the medipendant and the market place is the pers market. witch is a personal emergence response system or a medical alarm. we here at mdhi are developing a new medical device that the company will talk about at a later date. at this point and tme we have cleared the balance sheet of all toxic debit except for debit from normal operations. we have also canceled the debit on our credit line. we have cleared this debit by converting it to common shares of restricted stock of the company. in order to do this we increased the share struckture from 1.4 billon authorized shares to 16 billon authorized shares. there will be 966,059,000 in the float.
we have went from a continental us company to a international company with international sales of the product. by doing so this opens up more markets for us to grow as a company. we are working on becoming cash flow positive and profitable. we are also working on becoming current with the sec. once the 2013 financials are out you should see the profitability in the company on the 3rd quarter of 2013. under the restructuring agreement we are to continue to and become current with the sec.
this is all just my opinion on the matter at hand on why I feel we have a chance for the pps to go up. we all invest on the future of the company not what you have at the moment so please do your own dd on this matter.
