TXO plc, the AIM -quoted energy resource and clean technology investment company, have been informed by the US legal counsel acting for and on behalf of Empire Energy Corporation International Inc. that following Wednesday's telephone conference the Court has adjourned the oral argument date on the motion to 5 March 2014.
