ok this is the 50000 scale iron topo survey H11B33
Post# of 8054
see where the "65" is on the outside W left edge of map below the 31*20' latitude and where the vertical blue ref line to right of left edge ca 2' is
mine at se corner begins 1.65" above san vic river and extends back fron the smaller guadalupe river 1.44" onthe original 1005 res -to complicate things I auto enlarged the pic to fill the screen as I always do-but no problem i already determined the topo features
unfortuately the san vicente river bobs like a donkey on steroids where i tried to determine 1 ref point
'
if my calcs are right given all the informed suppositions I've had to make w little info, CWRN mine N edge starts maybe 1/4-1/2 "above the E-W blue line marked 65 on the left map border and extends down 1.5 '' (since i enlarged the map here to fill the screen) to the top of the largest hill-which is centrally located between the left map edge and the 1st vertical blue ref map line
the mine extends back from the small river bordering cwrn on east 1.44" times the magnification i used to fill the screen or ca 2"
the vertical hwy bordering cwrn is faintly variable ca 1-1.5 on avg from W left end of pic so ca 70% of the mine (N1/2 of baja 14) is shown/covered by this pic w rest of mine extending ca 1/2 " to left of pic
so if you've been following this heroic effort to locate the mine on these iron survey maps u now know where the mine is
if u dont follow, ask questions
the bottom of the san vic river and the hwy on this map are next to the 'erendira' script on the left outside edge of pic a few inches above bottom of pic so u can identify the river and the hwy as shown on the map
u can also see hwy 1- bajas interstate - as it passes to the right- east of the large deep blue area thru the town of San Vicente so u cansee the 2 hwy meet each other (off this map to the N) ca 5.5 mi N of the mine
