Why apologize?  No need.  It's a legitimate question.  Here's a link to the control block that was issued to the Dragon CEO.  This is the block that was subsequently given to Nielson in a "stock exchange" when EWSI took over the shell and subsequently changed the trading symbol.  I'll see if I can find the specific language in a filing indicating such.
