I cant PM on i hub for 3 days so i was wondering if someone could pass it along if Dr husid doesnt post here. i read that according to FINRA regulation uplisting to NASDAQ from OTC takes atleast one year of financials among other requirements. will this hold true since MIHL did not conduct a public offering to obtain an otc status? Instead will this standard be over ridden due to the circumstances?
Side note to consider:
after reviewing other banking stocks both commercial and private i have concluded based on share structure, funding and revenues that given the funding alone and share structure the pps of MIHL would have to be somewhere in the nieghborhood of .50-2.00 alone just from bonds alone not including revenues!
thusly investor confidence added in + company revenue, assets combine this should be no less than AMEX ready within the next 6-8 months considering the time frames alone. Granted im still undervalueing trust acceptabilities but thats how this works traditionally in the market with banks with that type of money and resources that are honest all around.

NASDAQ= 4.00
