While I can see how frustrating it can be to sometimes be unable to find someone at EWSI to speak with, I do understand they seem to be going through some growing pains. I really hope Luke is able to alleviate some of that through better communication on social media. That would definitely alleviate some investor anxiety especially if pictures and updates were a more regular thing throughout their operations including China and India.
They should also make it more clear on their website what is the primary number and email to reach someone in IR. Having an automated return email to notify your email has been received and when to expect a reply is a great idea. All big companies have it, and all public companies should have it. That seems to be a huge concern on the boards.
