Trying to get them restricted is a waste of effort

There is still too much doubt surrounding EWSI and the legitimacy of their operations. Even I had to dig deeper to see if there was really something there. In all honesty, I had to reduce my position over 50% because there are still too many holes in my DD. Regardless of what anyone says, investor relations was not responsive to my questions, the phone numbers are disconnected, and there was nothing I could verify as a business location in the UK (other than a mail drop box). As I mentioned before, the Facebook page helped a lot- seeing recent pictures of Martin Nielson instead of the recycled default portrait of him circulating around the internet that has been used in all of his other businesses. Please don't bother telling me they are overloaded- it's their job! It does not bode well for new investors if they cannot simply respond to an e-mail or at least auto-reply with a timeline for an expected response. Even small businesses can do this. They have several social marketing mediums- instablog, twitter, facebook, that they rarely ever update. Hopefully Luke (LukerDuker) can help with this.
Some other doubts I'm still having:
I get that Martin was involved with the GAP and corporate express, it has been stated many times and has been used to help sell the stock. What bothers me was his involvement with Coroware, Hi-tek, Advance Communications Technology, and other OTC companies which are either not trading anymore or trading at subpennies. If you know something that I don't know, straighten me out. I feel like every time someone brings up this blemish, people are quick to dismiss it and defend him. Please tell me something I don't know other than "Marty resigned and is not involved with them any longer". What makes you sure that people won't be saying that about EWSI in the future.
The other issue is dilution. I understand the company needs the money to grow the company. I believe enough to invest in them, but when their PPS takes a crash like it has been- they need to be accountable and market their company. I have been seeing no effort at all. They know they have enough long investors that they can dilute. I hope they don't take advantage of us, because I've seen it happen way too many times before.
My last vent for New Year's. Happy New Year's all!
