Wouldn't that level of personal concern draw a lot of interest from the individual socially conscious consumer and investment groups (there may not be a lot of socially conscious investment groups)? They should have him do an interview where that is the focus, not necesarily the business side but the human side of the industry. Hasn't Nielson done some public talks where he was a guest speaker? Maybe could be an avenue they could explore. There are plenty of Eco type magazines, blogs, sites that might have an interest in this sort of topic exploring the e-waste problem on a global scale and a company that is willing to tackle it.
